Time to Grow pt3. God uniquely works with us

Spiritual Maturity brings unity and unity in Christ brings down the gates of hell.

Main Point: Spiritual Maturity understands that God uniquely works with us like a parent works uniquely with each child.

Scriptures that show Spiritual Maturity:
1 Corinthians 3:2-8. How did Paul know there was immaturity in the church? Because they were not in unity.

Romans 13:7. God is a God of order. Give honor to whom honor is due. Follow man’s rules as long as you are not forced to break moral laws like the 10 commandments.

God uniquely works with us. What is a sin to one person may not be a sin to another person.

Story of Miriam and Aaron speaking against Moses.
Numbers 12:1-16. So why was she punished so severely? To teach us that God does not dispense one-size-fits-all justice. Every individual is judged uniquely according to his or her abilities and potential.

Miriam, thought she had a legitimate complaint about Moses but God did not agree. God has his reasons for dealing with each one of us differently. Like a parent that deals with each child in a different manner. The main focus on our part should be to pray and ask the Holy Spirit to guide us into all truth.

God uniquely works with us all.
