With a background as the former Director of Financial Aid at UTRGV. In addition to his role as Senior Pastor of Hope Community Church, Pastor Elias serves as the CEO of Open Hands Community Charitable Services, demonstrating his commitment to serving those in need. Pastor Elias is a loving father and husband, embodying the values of family and compassion. 

Meet Pastor Alisa Ozuna, serving as co-pastor alongside her husband Pastor Elias since 2013, Pastor Alisa brings a wealth of wisdom and dedication to our congregation.
