Rest and Peace
Main Point: A strong relationship with Jesus is the path to rest and peace
Foundation Scripture: Matthew 11:25-30. Many wise men from this world never find salvation in Jesus because they are busy with worldly things, but many who the world sees as unwise find salvation in Jesus. So who is wise? It is the one who finds Salvation in Jesus. Jesus is the path to rest and peace.

Pastor’s Thoughts:
What God does not promise is that our life will run smoothly and perfectly.
Everyone has challenges in life, but the ones who grow stronger in faith through the challenges in life are the ones who have learned to put your hope in Jesus.
Put your trust the God is with you and he will see you through.
If you need to be delivered from an addiction, God will empower you.
If you need a financial miracle, God will see you through.
If you need a healing, God will provide a miracle.
If you need God to intervene to change the circumstances around you, God is with you.
Scriptures about tribulation:
Romans 12:12. Rejoice in hope (A relationship with Jesus brings hope). Patient in Tribulation (Tribulation builds our faith as we trust in Jesus). Continue Prayer (Pray, pray, pray. Never stop believing in the power of prayer).
Romans 5:1-6. We glory in tribulation because tribulation worketh patience and patience, experience and experience brings hope. Jesus died for us because he loves us.
