Don’t Lose Your Passion pt7-Series Conclusion.

Main Point: Have Passion to reads God’s Word, it will transform you.

Scriptures about God’s Word:
–John 1:1-5. In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God and the Word was God….
The Holy Bible is our instruction manual, or lamp to guide us.
-Be passionate about Loving God’s word.

Hebrews 4:12. -God’s word is powerful.
Purpose of this passage:
1. To show us the nature of God’s Word: Alive and Powerful.
2. To show us what happens to people who expose themselves to it: Cuts into our hearts.

–Prepare yourself to be exposed. God’s word, the truth will expose every single one of us for who we are. Sinners…. But it doesn’t end there. Sinners saved by Grace.

–God’s word is meant to change you, to perfect you.
-God’s word is alive and will cause a reaction one way or another…
–Dividing asunder: God’s word judges the thoughts and intents of our hearts.

3. Passion to serve and care for others.
4. Passion to be empowered by the Holy Spirit.
