Main Point: God loves you and for all who have a heart for God your steps are ordered by God in the good times and bad. Trust God in all things.

Who is Righteous?
Why do my steps seem so hard?
God brings victory to those that seek him and love him.

Who is Righteous?
- 2 Corinthians 5:20-21. Jesus took our sins that we might be made the righteousness of God.
- Romans 3:21-23. We are made righteous by faith in Jesus Christ. All have sinned but those who, by faith in Jesus proclaim him as Lord of your life, are justified as righteous.
Why do my steps seem so hard?
- 1 Peter 4:12-19.
- 2 kinds of trouble?
- Righteous trials
- Unrighteous trials because of sin
- 2 kinds of trouble?
God brings victory to those that seek him and love him.
- God brings His people into victory (his promises are always true)
- Righteous trials
- Romans 8:35-37. Nothing can separate us from God’s love. In all things we are more than conquerors.
- Unrighteous trials – prodigal
- Luke 15:11-32. The father rejoices when a sinner repents and humbly returns. God gives the prodigals the best at their return.

- How to ensure your taking the steps that lead into God’s perfect will?
- The secret place
- True praise and worship (regardless of circumstances-proclaiming God is good always)
- Read God’s Word with hunger to be transformed by the Spirit of God.
- Be faithful in church attendance to be unity with other brothers and sisters in Christ
