Having a Heart of Repentance
Foundational Scriptures:
It is a fact that God loves us, but He needs us to have a heart of repentance. He looks at our heart.
1 Samuel 16:7 Repent
2 Peter 3:9 Repentance
Matthew 9:13 “sinners to repentance”
Luke 17:11-17 My question this morning … will you be the one that has the heart of repentance towards Jesus. To be grateful for His forgiveness, your health, and for His unconditional love He shows us everyday.
Acts 2:36-41 Peter was used by God for lost souls
Matthew 26:69-75 Peter disowns Jesus
Mark 2:2-12 God dealt with forgiveness first, and then the individual received their physical healing.
