Pursue Jesus - Part 5 - Worthy of it All

Main Point:  Not only is Jesus all powerful and all loving and all justice and all righteousness.  Jesus is also Humble, a servant, and a King.  That is why he is worth of it all.

Pursue Jesus Because of:

• Sanctification (Be Redeemed into Salvation)
• All power
• All Authority
• Never Hopeless

Because we serve a good God who has sanctified and redeemed us, and given us Kingdom access to His Power and Authority in the name of Jesus, we are never Hopeless. That’s why He is worthy of it all.

More reasons to Proclaim Jesus is Worthy of it All:

The King of Humility:  (Jesus left heaven as God to suffer like men to save the world from sin and death)
Philippians 2:1-11

• Jesus asks us to be humble because he is humble
• He is Worthy

The King of serving others: (Jesus shows the disciples an example the importance of serving one another)
John 13:1-15.

• Jesus asks us to serve others because he served others
• He is worthy

The King of Kings: (Every Knee shall Bow and tongue Confess that Jesus Christ is king)
Philippians 2:1:9-11

• Jesus asks us to be instruments of His Kingdom because He is King with all Power and Authority
  •  And we are his instruments/ambassadors
• He is worthy

Summary:

• Pursue Jesus.  He is awesome!!!!
• Not only is Jesus all powerful and all loving and all justice and all righteousnesso Jesus is also Humble, a servant, and a Kingo And he chooses to have mercy and grace on us so we can share the Glories of His Kingdom
• That is why he is worthy of it all.
